Plymtree Church of England Primary School

A very warm welcome to Plymtree C of E Primary School.

Plymtree Church of England Primary school is situated in Plymtree village and welcomes children from Reception through to year six.  Children and staff are extremely proud of our school and are delighted to celebrate the successes and achievements of all members of our school community.

We have high expectations for all the children in our school, both academically and behaviourally, and strive to meet the needs of every child.

Our school vision is: ‘Inspire, Believe, Achieve' and we strongly believe that 'happy children learn', this  we feel encapsulates what the staff, children and parents work towards in our school. We work especially hard to make sure that children feel safe and happy at our school and provide children with a stimulating and exciting environment in which to learn.

As a Church of England School, we have a framework of Christian values which underpin all we do in school. These values are: thankfulness, friendship, endurance, peace, forgiveness, trust, wisdom, compassion, justice and hope. We also have strong links with St John the Baptist Church which we visit every week. Parents are welcome to attend the school services.
