Position : 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Grade : B £9.43- £9.62 per hour
Job Term : Fixed
Hours Per Week: 17hr5min (8:50am-12:15pm)
Weeks per Year : 39
Closing Date: Friday 12th February 2021 by 12.00pm
We are looking to appoint a part time SEND support teaching assistant at Plymtree C. of E. Primary school to provide one to one support for a child in Key Stage Two. You will primarily be working with a particular child, although you will also be required to work with children on the SEND register in both small groups and on a 1-1 basis. The successful applicant would ideally have 1-1 experience, however training will be provided for the right person.
Being a calm, caring and supportive person is essential; someone who can provide an atmosphere where children feel safe and comfortable, despite the challenges posed by a school environment.
They will be required to commence as soon as possible, however for the right candidate, we understand that work notice may have to be served.
